Welcome to the Official Sandbach United Football Club website. Our managers and coaches are all volunteers that are FA trained and CRB checked.

The teams play competitive football in Cheshire and Staffordshire, in the Mid-Cheshire Youth League, the Cheshire Girls League, the South Cheshire Youth League, the Stafffordshire County Senior League and the Crewe & District Premier League. With over 30 teams (including 4 girls teams) from Soccer School (for School Reception and Year 1) to open age and vets and a successful Academy in conjunction with Everton FC, Sandbach United is probably the largest and most progressive sport club in the area.

Members of Sandbach United are encouraged to register with this web site to gain access to all club information. Registering users will be approved once their membership details have been verified.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately Sandbach United are unable to accept applications to join the Club or Academy from players from outside of the UK.

From every team we would like a volunteer to act as a point of contact to assist with both Age group and Club fund raising. Under 13 (Eagles) Promoted

The Under 13 (Eagles) have been promoted to Division 1 after beating Northwich in a play off.

Secretary of the Year

Mick Hoole awarded Cheshire Girls League Secretary of the Year.

1st Team Gain Promotion

Under 12 Girls Win Champions League

The Under 12 Girls beat Warrington Town Rovers 3-1 in the Champions League semi-final and went on to play Warrington Town in the final. United then beat Town 2-1 after extra time to win the trophy - well done to all the team.

Vets Lift Cup

The Vets beat Waterside 4-2 with goals from Man of the Match Nigel Crane, Mark Scott, Clem Esegbona and Steve Barnes to lift the Sealand Cup.

Fairplay x4

A triple quodruple success for United as the Under 7s, Under 8 (Eagles), Under 11 (Tigers) and now the Under 14s have been presented with Fairplay Awards from their leagues. Congratulations to all teams, but particularly the Under 14s and their retiring manager Aide Potter who have picked up the award for the 3^rd season in succession,

Sandbach Tournament

Sandbach United teams performed well in the recent tournament, with the Under 9s winning their age group and the Under 10s and the Under 12 Girls being Runners Up.

Under 7 (Eagles)

The Under 7 (Eagles) are looking for players to play in the Mid-Cheshire Youth League from next season. Contact the managers Andrew Hockenhull (01270-768680) or Scott Doyle (01606-833335) for more information.

Under 9s

Sandbach Utd are looking for players for the Mid-Cheshire Youth League Under 9s for next season, contact the manager Chris Bradley on 07801-318153 for more details.

Under 11s

Sandbach Utd are looking for players for the Mid-Cheshire Youth League Under 11s (11-a-side) from September 2008.

Games will be played on a Saturday morning. Training and Friendly games starting NOW so any Players, currently in Year 5, who are interested please contact Tony on 01270 764597 or Mark on 01270 763366.

Under 12s

Having gained promotion to Mid-Cheshire Youth League Division 1, the Under 12s (year 7 from September) are looking for new players to help bolster their squad, if you are interested please contact the Manager Myles Hanlon on 01270-763010.

Under 13s

The Under 12 (Eagles) and Under 12 (Falcons) are looking for new players to add to both of the teams for next season when they will be playing in the Under 13s league. Contact details for each of the managers is listed on the team pages.

Under 14s

Under 14 players are sought for next season, to strengthen the Division 1 squad and for a new team. Contact Darren Coleman on 07824-411019 for more details.

Open Age Trials

Any players wishing to play in one of the three open age teams should attend trials running every Thursday in July from 9pm to 10pm and indoor fitness training every Tuesday from 26th June 9pm to 10pm at the boys school.

It is vital I start to receive your league and club registration forms ASAP so i can send them to the League.  Please return them to me with all the monies due at 2 Thackery Court, Ettiley heath or call me on 01270 767961 and let me know when I can expect them ASAP.
