Football Festival Joining Instructions for Confirmed Entrants

Football Festival Joining Instructions for Confirmed Entrants

Please note that the tournament is now FULL - Thank You for Your Support - We are unable to accept any more applications for this year. Information will become available in January for the next tournament.

Download and complete (preferably by typing) the Team Registration Form (click to download), remembering that Academy & School of Excellence players are ineligible, print and bring with you to the Festival.

All games must be played within the small sided spirit and in accordance with the Mid-Cheshire Youth League Code of Conduct (click to download). We look forward to a sporting event, played in the correct spirit that junior football should be. Please take the time to speak to your parents and remind them of the basic RESPECT standards towards officials. Our referees are fully qualified but will all be volunteering on the day and like the coaches attending - may make mistakes!

Managers should familiarise themselves with the Festival Rules (click to download).

Teams should bring their own first aid kit and a change of shirt for use in the event of a colour clash (bibs are acceptable).

For safety reasons extra footballs are not allowed. Please do not bring footballs on to the site, match balls will be provided.

Please ensure that you arrive at our site (see directions below) in time to register your team and attend the managers briefings. Registration times are as follows, with the Managers Briefing & Kick Off following shortly after.

Remind your parents that the Festival is held at our site which is a no smoking area.

Play and Support with 'RESPECT'. Have a great day at Sandbach and remember that the players are playing for their enjoyment.

Please note that Dogs are not allowed on site. Assistance dogs, are of course, very welcome.

All matches will be played on Grass pitches.

Scouts are welcome to attend - we would really appreciate that a raffle prize is donated in return (e.g. signed photographs, balls, match tickets).
