FA Charter Standard Community Club, Sandbach United are holding their annual Football Festival over the weekend of 12^th and 13^th May 2012 at the new Sandbach Community Football Centre, Hind Heath Road, CW11 3LZ.

The tournament will be affiliated with the Cheshire F.A. and will be refereed by FA qualified Referees.

The format has been structured to ensure that each team will play at least four games.

Players playing in the Tournament must be registered for season 2011/12 in accordance with their respective League Rules. To ensure the Tournament runs as smoothly as possible, entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Closing date for entries is 23^rd April 2012.

To enter please return the attached form together with your registration fee to the address below, clearly identifying your Club Affiliation Number (as entries cannot be accepted without this). Cheques should be made payable to Sandbach United Football Club. A confirmation will be sent by email.

The Under 7s & 8s tournament will be held in accordance with F.A. rules and will be non-competitive; all players will receive a medal and a trophy will be awarded for the team considered to be the most sporting, skilful and fair.

Entry Fee:

If entering 2 or more teams in a single age group, the entry fee is £35 per team.

If entering 1 team, the entry fee is £40.
