Gates open at midday, with the official opening ceremony at 1pm.

Bring the family along and help Sandbach celebrate the opening of a sports facility for the Sandbach Community and have a go at a new sport with Asda Active.

Following a vote by managers at this months meeting, the new club kit has been selected.

An order will now be sent to the manufacturers and it is hoped that the kit will be in use at the start of the 2012/13 season.

Coaching Demo Monday 15th June 6 - 8pm 
FA National Coach Peter Sturgess will be at Sandbach to give a demonstration of coaching.

Peter will be working with 14 boys from Sandbach, demonstrating drills from shielding the ball through to dribbing techniques.

Volunteers are needed for both the Tournament and Open Day, if you are able to help for an hour or two please contact Dan Allman (01270-768389).

Following the successful School Holiday events, Sandbach United will be holding a Holiday Football Club over the June Holidays. When: 6th - 8th June

The Under 10s have reached the final of the Albert Steele Cup and will be play Egerton at Middlewich Town on the 5th May.




We wish the teams every success in the finals and know that they would welcome any support from the Club at these game.

Congratulations to Kieron Coleman who, having played for Sandbach Utd since the age of 7, trialled for Cheshire Under 18s in October and joined a 22 strong squad becoming Sandbach United first County Player since the club formed in 2004.

The Under 18s Cheshire squad are presently 2 points clear at the top of the league, with a game in hand.

Kieron has been in the starting X1 as a forward in the three games played since joining the squad and has scored 4 goals.

An EGM will be held on Wednesday 4th April at 8pm at the facility, to review and approve amendments to the Constitution, in order to gain Community Amateur Sports Club status from HMRC. All members are welcome.

World and European Football Freestyler John Farnworth will be demonstrating his Freestyle Football skills at the 2012 Sandbach United Football Festival.

John will be holding workshops (Free of Charge) during the Football Festival to give children the chance to join in and improve their skills! Don't miss out send your entry form in now.
