Match Preview

Cheadle Town make their 2nd visit of the season to Sandbach on Wednesday in the quarter final of the LWC Drinks First Division Cup. The first game saw Sandbach take an early lead through Matty Pearson after only 4 minutes, but Cheadle won the match 3-1 after scoring 3 goals in the final 30 minutes.

In the event of a draw after 90 minutes, penalty kicks will decide the match.

In the other quarter final matches Cammell Laird 1907 beat Alsager Town 4-0 and Prestwich Heys beat AFC Blackpool 3-1 on Tuesday evening.

The final quarter final will be Daisy Hill v Atherton LR which will be played on Friday.
