Sandbach U3A Walking Football Group was commenced recently and we have already a small amount of regular keen players

Now we are looking for ways to increase our player pool or find opposition teams to play against

We play on a Friday afternoon at Sandbach United ground on Hind Heath Road in Sandbach with registration from 3pm followed by a warm up and then play up to 4.30 before heading for the bar !

Our players are all retired or semi- retired with members presently
mostly male, however we have some ladies registered and more expressing an interest in joining

Fitness and fellowship are the key aims to the activities of our group , with passing and teamwork plus minimal physical contact being more important than aggressive play

Sandbach United have excellent changing room facilities and 3G outdoor pitches
