Following the resignation of Craig Meehan as Reserve Team Manager we have moved quickly to find a replacement. The club received several applications for the role which was shortlisted to two. Following a series of interviews and discussions we are pleased to announce the appointment of John Skupski with immediate effect. John is no stranger to the club having been involved for several years and has held roles on the clubs committee and most recently as manager of our Under 14's Girls team, a role he plans to continue.

Sandbach United's Head of Football said, "We are really pleased to get John on board, he brings with him a wealth of experience at this level of football and it was apparent from our initial discussions that he not only posses the knowledge required but the passion, drive and commitment too".

The team start their Cheshire League season on 10th August with a short away trip to Holmes Chapel Hurricanes.
